Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I saw a nurse practitioner, and she was very thorough and took her time. She, and the nurse who took my vitals, asked lots of questions about my life to determine if I needed any other care but the issue I was there for. I would highly recommend CCHC.

I had a very strange experience trying to apply as a new patient and set up an appointment. I called to set a date and the woman who answered the phone sounded like she hadn’t slept in days most likely because the song old McDonald was blasting so loud in the background that I could hardly hear anything she was saying. Later I get a call about not receiving my pay stubs so I email them and receive this odd and poorly written response. I understand language barriers but this is a very strange and unprofessional method of communication. I canceled the appointment as I do not feel comfortable sharing anymore information with this institution.

I had a wonderful experience today at Charlotte Community Health Clinic - University during an appointment for my son. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They were organized, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the visit. A very special thank you to Dr. Tiffany G. Byerly, MD β€” she was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. Her warm approach and clear communication truly made a difference for our family. It’s clear that she and the entire team are dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the community. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and support, and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking attentive and respectful medical care.
